Compass College is a proposed Special Assistance School in the Moreton Bay region, being established to support young people who have disengaged from mainstream education due to trauma, hardship, or complex life circumstances.

Our Vision

Every compass points the way forward — and that’s what Compass College exists to do.

We are creating a safe, supportive learning environment where young people can regain confidence, reconnect with education, and build a sense of purpose and belonging. At Compass College, every learner matters, and every step forward counts.

Our Approach

Compass College will combine trauma-informed education with strong wellbeing supports and sustainable organisational systems. Our model is grounded in lived experience across education and youth support, with a focus on small learning environments, relational safety, and long-term outcomes for students and staff alike.

We are currently in the establishment phase, progressing regulatory approvals and securing a suitable premises, with a planned opening in 2027.
