Pat is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience working with young people across diverse educational settings. Throughout his career, he has focused on meeting students where they are and helping them reconnect with learning in ways that feel relevant, inclusive, and achievable.
Pat brings calm, steady leadership and a deep understanding of classroom practice. His passion lies in creating learning environments where students feel safe, engaged, and supported to reach their potential.

Founder / Operations & Compliance Manager
Brigette’s background is in risk management, compliance, and assurance, with extensive experience leading safety, governance, and accountability systems across education and not-for-profit organisations.
At Compass College, Brigette focuses on building strong, sustainable foundations that allow staff and students to thrive. She combines strategic thinking with genuine care for people, ensuring the College is both visionary and well-grounded in practice.
